Custom catalogue build and full enablement

PunchOut requires a catalogue to punch out to. If you sell without an online catalogue — on quotes, phone orders and relationships — this is the tier that builds one and connects it.

What it is

A catalogue site built for one purpose: being shopped from inside a procurement system. It is not a consumer storefront with B2B features bolted on, and it does not need to be pretty in the way a retail site does. It needs correct data, per-buyer pricing, and a clean cart return.

The work usually starts before the site does, with your product data. Suppliers who have never sold online typically hold product information across spreadsheets, PDFs, an ERP and several people’s heads. Consolidating that is most of the effort.

Once it exists, the PunchOut layer and document automation go on top exactly as they would for a supplier who already had a site.

Who needs it

You have no online catalogueYou sell by quote, phone or account manager, and a buyer has now made a catalogue a condition of continuing.
Your product data is scatteredIt exists, but across spreadsheets and systems that do not agree with each other. Reconciling it is a prerequisite for any integration.
Your current site cannot do per-buyer pricingA brochure site or a consumer platform that shows one price to everyone cannot support contract pricing, which PunchOut requires.

What we do

  • Consolidate your product data from whatever sources it currently lives in.
  • Structure and classify it, including UNSPSC coding and unit-of-measure normalisation.
  • Build a catalogue site designed for procurement buyers rather than consumers.
  • Implement per-buyer contract pricing.
  • Add the PunchOut layer and, where needed, purchase order and invoice automation.
  • Coordinate and test with the buyer through to approval.
  • Maintain the catalogue afterwards, including product additions and price changes.

What you provide

No developer, and far less of your time than you are expecting.

Whatever product data existsSpreadsheets, PDFs, an ERP export, supplier price lists. Incomplete is expected and is part of what we sort out.
Product images if you have themHelpful but not blocking. Procurement buyers search by part number far more than they browse by picture.
One person who knows the productsThe questions we cannot answer from data are the ones this person answers — what supersedes what, what is sold in what pack size.
More time during data reviewRealistically more than the two hours a week the other tiers need, concentrated in the data validation phase.

Timeline and price

Four to eight weeks, driven mainly by catalogue size and the condition of the underlying data rather than by the integration itself.

This is the Full Enablement tier: from $599/month for year one, stepping down to from $349 from year two. Additional buyer connections are $450 once. You do not start paying until the connection is live in your buyer's production system.

The buyer's testing queue is usually the longer half and it is not ours to control — why supplier enablement takes the time it takes.

Common questions

How many products can you handle?

Catalogue size affects the quote rather than the feasibility. What matters more than count is consistency — forty thousand well-structured lines are easier to work with than four hundred inconsistent ones.

Do we own the catalogue site?

Yes. The site and the data are yours. If you leave, you take them with you — we will also tell you plainly what happens to the buyer-facing endpoint, which is covered on our security page.

Why is this tier quoted rather than fixed?

Because the data work is genuinely variable and quoting a fixed price would mean padding it. The monthly figure starts from $599; the build depends on what your data looks like when we see it.

Find out what your buyer actually requires

Send us the requirement your buyer sent you. We will tell you which tier covers it and how long it takes — before you commit to anything.
